We want Timer to be useful and fair. If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us at support@scnz.space within 14 days of your first payment and we will review your refund request.

Subscription renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.

Annual plans

Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of the initial annual purchase. After that period, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

What to include in a request

When requesting a refund, include the email address used for purchase, the Paddle receipt or invoice number if available, and a short reason for the request.
