Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of SCNZ websites and Timer, our desktop time tracking and workday planning app. By using Timer or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
The service
Timer helps users plan work hours, track time, manage breaks and reminders, sync calendar events, and review analytics. Features may change as the product evolves.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information when creating an account or purchasing a subscription.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, and available plans are shown at checkout. Payments, invoices, taxes, and subscription billing are processed by Paddle.
You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments unless stated in our refund policy or required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with app operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Timer for unlawful activity.
Your data
You retain ownership of the work records, projects, sessions, calendar information, and other content you create in Timer. You grant us permission to process this data only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Timer reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features where needed for security, maintenance, product improvement, or business reasons.
Limitation of liability
Timer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCNZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
